ANDREAS DAUGSCH博士
Andreas Daugsch博士出生於德國呂訥堡,就讀於漢堡大學時主修化學和食物化學,導師是Hans Steinhart教授。Andreas Daugsch博士於2001年畢業。
Daugsch博士熱愛旅遊,對新文化深感興趣。畢業後不久,他便移居巴西,在這裡首次接觸到巴西綠色蜂膠,被這種天然蜜蜂產品的複雜性所吸引,Daugsch博士的論文以蜂膠及其學構成和生理特質為題材。在巴西坎皮納斯州立大學修讀期間,他一直接受Yong Kun Park教授(PhD, MD)的科學領導。
Andreas Daugsch博士曾撰寫及共同撰寫過多篇文章,並在知名國際期刊發表,包括在《農業及食物化學》期刊發表的「蜂膠的乙醇萃取的抑制作用及其對二噁英毒素的生物源」( “Suppressive effects of ethanolic extracs from propolis and its main botanical origin on dioxin toxicity” )。

These results indicate that not only propolis but also its botanical origin contains high amounts of flavonoid aglycones and that both of them are useful dietary sources for flavonoids with a potency to prevent dioxin toxicity.
The present study is a literature review focusing on the pharmacological properties of propolis, the resinous product collected by the honeybee from different plant sources, which represents a secure and efficient option for biological therapy and cancer prevention.
